These terms apply to your use of the Morning Star Moving website and to quote requests and moving services provided by Morning Star Moving.

Quote requests & booking

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee booking. Morning Star Moving will review your request and follow up with next steps. A move is confirmed only after the details are reviewed and agreed upon.

Pricing

Pricing shared before a move is an estimate or expected price based on the details discussed during your consultation. If move details change — including additional items, access issues, stairs, location changes, or specialty items — pricing may need to be adjusted. All moving services have a two-hour minimum.

Travel fees

Travel fees may apply depending on distance, drive time, availability, and move details. Any applicable fees will be discussed before your move is confirmed and shown clearly on your invoice if charged.

Specialty items

Specialty items such as pianos, safes, appliances, large furniture, and fragile pieces are reviewed before final pricing is set. Some items may require special handling or may not be a fit for our team.

Same-day & short-notice moves

Same-day and short-notice requests (within 48 hours) are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply.

Payment & deposits

Payment is typically collected after service is completed unless otherwise discussed during booking. For some moves — especially large, urgent, specialty, or high-risk jobs — a deposit may be required to reserve your date. Deposit terms are handled case by case and discussed during booking.

Photos & customer content

We use photos from a move only with your permission and do not include personal or private details without asking first.

Limitation

We strive to handle every move professionally and carefully. The full terms of any move, including responsibilities and any coverage, will be discussed and confirmed during booking.
